At Fix-A-Floor, we want you to feel confident in your home repairs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused and unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Fix-A-Floor

  Send your return to our processing facility using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
